What is a Sunspace Sunroom?

What is a Studio Room?
A Studio room has a roof that runs out from your house with required slope for drainage. There is no peak with a Studio style room however transoms can be added for extra light.
What is a Gable Room?
A Gable room has a peak in its roof, trapezoid windows usually accompany this type of roof system for added light.
What is the difference between a three season {Model 200/300} and extended season {Model400} Sunspace Sunroom?
Three season sunrooms are built on a two inch wall system with single glazed windows. Extended season sunrooms are built on a three inch wall system with double glazed windows and a thermal break in all the extrusions.
What size do Sunspace Sunrooms come in?
All our sunrooms are custom designed! There is no standard size, your house is unique in its design therefore your sunroom will be unique. YOU DESIGN WE BUILD!!
What exterior colors are offered to the Sunspace Sunroom?
Sunspace offers White, Bronze as well as Driftwood to thier three season sunrooms and White and Driftwood to there extended season sunrooms.
What are the interior color options?
Sunspace has over 10 interior color options to choose from! As well as various texture finishes.
Can you offer a Sunspace Sunroom with WeatherMaster Windows?
The Sunspace Model 200 has the WeatherMaster Window System incorporated into its wall system, imagine a window in a sunroom that when opened gives you 75% ventilation!
Are skylights an option?
Yes. We have both fixed and operator skylights available, both are 2 feet x 4 feet and can be placed anywhere on your roof system.
Is wood used in the manufacturing process of a Sunspace Sunroom?
Sunspace Sunrooms are made of aluminum, vinyl, foam and fiberglass. Only in certain applications {fire rated panels or OSB top roof panels} is wood used.
What type of warranty is offered when purchasing a Sunspace Sunroom?
Lifetime against manufacturer’s defects, please read our extensive warranty package.
How long will it take for my Sunspace Sunroom to be ready for installation?
It will take 3-4 weeks for your Sunspace Sunroom to be ready for installation.
How long does it take for my Sunspace Sunroom to be installed onto my house?
Depending on the complexity of your sunroom, it will take our contractors 2 -5 working days.
